Maureen delivers. She works diligently at finding the best properties, previewing homes before showing them to you, and curating every showing schedule. She comprehensively explains markets, taking clients on driving tours of neighborhoods and sharing stories about the community. And finally, once you've found the perfect property, she will work late hours to craft your best offer, closely managing the process through settlement.
In addition to standard transactions, she has dealt in bank owned properties, short sales, condos, coops, new builds, flip renovations, and has won houses for her clients in multiple offer situations through tactical contract writing. A native of Chevy Chase, DC, Maureen, her husband, and twin daughters live in nearby Takoma DC where she is an active member of the Takoma Park community, teaching group ukulele classes through the House of Musical Traditions.
In fact, when she's not selling real estate, Maureen is a working musician, performing with her award winning group The Sweater Set and teaching at area music stores. She has five Washington Area Music Awards and several fellowships from the D.C. Commission on the Arts & Humanities.
